Tri-City Challenge

Announcing the first annual Rushford Peterson Valley Tri-City Challenge and Conquer the Bluff in Rushford, Minn. on October 3 and 4, 2014.

Proceeds will benefit the Foundation for Rushford Peterson Schools. The Foundation for R-P Schools strives to ensure R-P students and alumni become successful members of society by building relationships to inspire lifelong learning and the development of character. The foundation places an emphasis on academic scholarship and the enrichment of the educational environment and co-curricular activities within our district.

Conquer the Bluff is a family friendly hike up the scenic bluff trails in Rushford on Friday, October 3. This event includes a pasta meal and beautiful sites along the newly developed trail system in Rushford. Photos will be taken at the scenic overlook on top of the bluff.

Tri-City Challenge is a triathlon that includes running, biking on the bike trail through Peterson Rushford and Rushford Villiage and 9 holes of golf at the beautiful Ferndale Golf Course in Rushford. Challengers can participate as an individual, a two or four person team or as a three person relay. T-shirts go to all participants and medals will be awarded to top finishers. Lunch is included with entry fee.

Early bird registration fee is $85 for the triathlon and $20 for conquer to bluff and $105 for both through August 31.
