Red Cross Responds to Rochester Home Fire

ROCHESTER, MN, FEBRUARY 11, 2014 — American Red Cross volunteers assisted a family of three after a fire devastated their home on Monday. The woman and her children were provided with aid to meet their immediate emergency needs.

Every 8 minutes, Red Cross volunteers respond to a disaster like a house fire somewhere in the U.S. Volunteers and staff provide necessities like shelter, food, clothing, and emotional support to the victims of the disaster.
