ROCHESTER, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation began utility pothole investigation work for the Winona Bridge project on Tuesday, Oct. 29.

The utility pothole investigation will cause temporary sidewalk and parking disturbances along 2nd Street, 3rd Street and 4th Street.

The utility pothole investigation will help determine the utility depth, and is necessary as MnDOT prepares the final design of the new bridge and intersection improvements.
