LANESBORO, Minn. - Shipwreckt Books Publishing Company is pleased to announce the release of Pixie Youngdahl’s new book, “Arguments & Negotiations.” A bittersweet memoir of surviving a battle with cancer, Pixie tells her story with subtle humor and gracious insight. Launch party and book signing will be held Sunday September 22, 2013 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Lost Lake Folk Art Storytelling Center, 115(B) Parkway Avenue, Lanesboro. Earlier this summer, Shipwreckt Books released a new collection of essays by Nancy Overcott, “Living in a Dream: Bluff Country Offerings,” illustrated by Nancy’s longtime collaborator, Dana Gardner, as well as a poetry collection, Home is a Place Worth Burying, by Nashville writer Haley Thompson. Books are available at the Lost Lake Center (507-458-8190) and online at www.shipwrecktbooks.com.
