ST. PAUL, Minn. (June 16, 2010) - The grills will be sizzling, the sun will be scorching and chefs will be serving up a storm at the Taste of Minnesota this year. Taste will feature nearly 50 restaurants and food vendors offering a huge selection of food - from sushi to Juicy Lucy's, wood-fired pizzas to mahi mahi tacos, and soba noodles to ice cream.

"We are literally putting the taste back in Taste of Minnesota with twice as many restaurants serving up thousands of flavors," said Andy Faris, co-owner and managing partner of Taste of Minnesota. "Some of the top restaurants in the Twin Cities are participating this year and offering an unprecedented lineup of food options to satisfy every palate."

Newcomers to this year's Taste include the 5-8 Grill, Barrio, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., CRAVE, SEVEN, The Liffey and many more. From 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily, foodies and festival-goers alike will partake in a true culinary experience in which tenderloin steak sandwiches, bacon wrapped shrimp, Minnesota sushi rolls, tabouli sandwiches and grilled corn with chipotle aioli are just a few of the dishes that can be ordered. Food at this year's Taste goes beyond the average fair-food and provides attendees with hundreds of options. The entire list of restaurants, food vendors and food served at this year's Taste can be found on the attached document.

It's a Whole New Taste
