The Utica home is the 48th to be completed by Habitat for Humanity Winona – Fillmore Counties since the organization began in 1994. The home will be purchased by Jessica Horton and Josh Baumann and their three children with a 30-year, zero percent interest mortgage. This is the first home we have built in Utica, and Habitat is thankful for the partnerships we have created throughout the project.”

While closing paperwork will be completed at a later date, Horton and Baumann will be signing their “symbolic mortgage” at the dedication ceremony. Light refreshments will be served.
