Fillmore Central student, Lane Armstrong, was presented the “Citizen Life Saving Award” by Sheriff David E. Mueller on Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Sheriff Rich Carmack nominated Lane for the award due to his actions on the night of September 27, 2012.
