Junior Lee Dillon, 18, of Preston appeared in Fillmore County Court for an alleged charge of Receiving Stolen Property valued at least $500 but not more than $1,000, which carries a maximum penalty of five years imprisonment, fines of $10,000, or both. Dillon also faces an alleged charge of Theft – Take/Use/Transfer Movable Property – No Consent of property valued at least $500 but not more than $1,000, which carries a maximum penalty of five years imprisonment, fines of $10,000, or both.

Tina Marie Garrison, 37, of Preston appeared in Fillmore County Court for an alleged charge of Receiving Stolen Property valued at least $500 but not more than $1,000, which carries a maximum penalty of five years imprisonment, fines of $10,000, or both. Garrison also faces an alleged charge of Theft – Take/Use/Transfer Movable Property – No Consent of property valued at least $500 but not more than $1,000, which carries a maximum penalty of five years imprisonment, fines of $10,000, or both.
