The Fillmore County Board met in special session at the Courthouse in the City of Preston. All members were present. Also present were the Coordinator/Clerk, and other department heads and staff, citizens, and two members of the press.

The following resolutions were adopted by the Board:

RESOLUTION 2013-014: Right of Way Plat of CSAH #5

RESOLUTION 2013-015: County Government month

RESOLUTION 2013-016: Legislation for adequate transportation funding

RESOLUTION 2013-017: Conditional Use Permit for SE MN State Veterans


RESOLUTION 2013-018: Conditional Use Permit for Andy and Esther Gingerich

for Amish Schoolhouse, Section 13, Amherst Township

RESOLUTION 2013-019: Close meeting pursuant to MS 13D.05 Subd. 2(b)

The Board approved the following agenda items:

• the amended agenda.

• the following Consent Agenda:

1. March 26, 2013 County Board minutes.

2. Payment of 1st quarter invoice to Mayo Clinic for medical examiner/autopsy


3. Payment of 2nd quarter invoice to CEDA for economic development services.

4. Street closures for Preston Trout Days.

5. Use of courthouse east and west parking lots for Preston Trout Days.

6. Unpaid administrative leave for employee #1474.

7. Step increase for Jennifer Peterson, Eligibility Worker.

8. Step increase for Charlotte Zeyer, Office Support Specialist, Lead.

9. Regular status for John Dollar, Custodian.

10. Family and Medical Leave for employee #1460.

• accept ProWest proposal for web-based subdivision plat search upgrade.

• Court Data Services Subscriber amendment for eCharging with BC Master Joint

Powers Agreement.

• out of state training for investigator training.

• resignation of Celeste Mader, Peer Counselor.

• accept donation from Olmsted County United Way donor to be used for child

protection services.

• disposal of surplus printer supplies.

• Schwab Pay Application #6 for Highway remodeling project.

• deferral of revenue for federal grants from 2012, as presented.

• 2012 fund designations as presented.
