Dance is the theme for this week's Concert in the Park as the Chatfield Brass Band plays "Music to Dance By". The concert is at 7:30 in the Chatfield City Park Bandshell. The band will clear the bandshell floor and invite dancers to join them as they play polkas, waltzes, and a little swing music. Dance tunes included in the program will be the Tennesee Waltz, Hoop-de-do Polka, Beautiful Brown Eyes, Anniversary Waltz, Pennsylvania 6000, and a medley of German Waltzes. A special performance by the Footloose musical cast will also highlight the program. Bring your dance shoes or just sit back and enjoy these old dance favorites. Refreshments will be served by the Root River Rabbits 4-H club.
