Public Hearing Notice
The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 18, 2013, at 5:00pm to consider a variance request for property in Block 27 of the Preston No. 2 (Billings) addition. This property is the site of the former Preston Lumber.
An application has been received from C&G Properties requesting a variance from ordinance 155.207(a) that requires a ten foot setback for parking from a road or highway right-of-way. C&G Properties is requesting a setback of zero.
The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.
A map showing the requested variance and the legal description of the property is available for viewing at City Hall. Persons may contact City Hall at 507-765-2153 with any questions.
