The Fillmore County Board met in regular session at the Courthouse in the City of Preston. All members were present. Also present were the Office Support Specialist, Sr./Clerk pro-tem, and other department heads and staff, citizens, and two members of the press.
The following resolutions were adopted by the Board:
RESOLUTION 2013-005: Bluff Valley Riders Snowmobile Club 2013 trail grant
RESOLUTION 2013-006: MN Housing & Finance Agency Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program application.
The Board approved the following agenda items:
• the amended agenda.
• the following amended Consent Agenda:
1. January 22, 2013 County Board minutes.
2. February 5, 2013 County Board minutes.
3. Overnight stays for Auditor/Treasurer and Finance Officer to attend regional Auditor & Treasurer’s meeting in Morton, MN.
4. Overnight stay for Property Appraiser to attend MN Association of Assessing Officers agricultural committee meeting in St. Cloud.
5. Regular status for Heidi Knepper, Property Appraiser.
6. Resignation of Richard Dahly, Intermittent Part-time Deputy Sheriff.
• decrease in hours for Public Health Nurse, Lead, from full-time to .08 FTE on a temporary basis.
• membership payment to Southeastern Minnesota Association Regional Trails.
• Board Chair signature of Conditional Use Permit application for Veterans’ Cemetery when ready.
• re-zoning application and fee to City of Preston for Veterans’ Cemetery.
• Change Proposal #19 with Schwab, LLC for Highway Remodeling project.
• advertise for bids for Chatfield Township Bridge Replacement Project #SAP 23-599-191.
• advertise for bids for bridge replacement on CSAH 15, Project #23-615-013, Carimona Township.
