The Fillmore County Board met in special session at the Courthouse in the City of Preston. All members were present. Also present were the Office Support Specialist, Sr., Clerk pro-tem, and other department heads and staff, citizens, and two members of the press.
The following resolutions were adopted by the Board:

The Board approved the following agenda items:
• the amended agenda.
• remove Items #1, #8 and #11from Consent Agenda.
• the following amended Consent Agenda:
2. Step increase for Wendy Ebner, Social Services Supervisor.
3. Unpaid administrative leave for employee #976.
4. Appointment of Matthew J. Opat to Dodge-Fillmore-Olmsted Corrections Advisory Board.
5. Appointment of Jenifer Hungerholt at-large member of Fillmore County Corrections Task Force.
6. Appointment of Philip Burkholder to Community Corrections Task Force
7. Appointment of David Harrenstein to Southeastern Minnesota Association of Regional Trails.
9. Appointment of MN Counties Computer Cooperative delegates and alternates.
10. Payment of SELCO invoice for 1st quarter funding.
• purchase of replacement compressor from WHV, Inc. for Fillmore County Office Building.

• overnight stay for Auditor/Treasurer to attend SSIS training.
• software and license agreement with Xerox State & Local Solutions, Inc. and MCCC License Agreement.
• Land Records Management Solutions (LRMS) for CAMA maintenance and support agreement with Xerox State & Local Solutions, Inc. and MCCC.
• LRMS Tax Maintenance and Support Agreement with Xerox State & Local Solutions, Inc. and MCCC.
• signature of Board Ratification document related to MCCC agreements.
• agreement with SiteGround for hosting new County website.
• Schwab proposal #20 to change restroom porcelain wall tile.
• Final Payment to Kane & Johnson for architectural services on asbestos abatement design for Highway Administration Building project.
