Congratulations to Michael Boelter of Wykoff. Boelter won $5,000 by playing the Lottery’s $100,000 Poker Night scratch game. Boelter claimed the prize on Jan. 2, 2013. The winning ticket was purchased at the Northstar Bar, 503 N. Broadway in Rochester.
Proceeds from the Minnesota State Lottery benefit all Minnesotans. Since 1990, the Lottery has raised more than $2.1 billion for state programs. The General Fund has received over $1.2 billion to help fund important functions such as education, public safety, and health and human services. More than $850 million has funded critical environmental programs.
