Special event at the Historic Lenora United Methodist Church

The public is invited to a special celebration at the historic Lenora United Methodist Church on Sunday, July 11th, at 3:00 p.m. We've been told that an "old" circuit rider from the mid-1800's may be riding in on his horse. We will also dedicate the new wood shingle roof on the old church building. It will be a happy Sunday afternoon in Lenora at the old church. A special free-will offering will be received for maintenance and upkeep. The old Lenora Church, begun in 1856 ,is located off Fillmore County Road 23 in the small village of Lenora.
