Announcing Call for Entries for "The Art of Food" Exhibit to be held at Lanesboro Arts Center

The Lanesboro Arts center is calling for entries for "The Art of Food," a juried exhibition featuring many artists that will run October 23 - December 31, 2010. Artists working in all mediums are welcome to apply (no edible entries please). Deadline for entries is August 31, 2010. Artists may submit 1-5 entries to be considered for the exhibit. For each entry, please submit an image of the work and indicate medium, size and retail price; email to gallery@lanesboroarts.org or call Robbie Brokken at 507-467-2446 for more details. Artwork accepted for the exhibit must be delivered to the Lanesboro Arts Center by October 13, 2010. Participating artists should plan on being present for the opening reception on October 23 from 6-8 p.m. The exhibit is co-sponsored by Lanesboro Local and Inspire(d) Media, and supported by the Southeast Minnesota Arts Council.
