Area resident is a Lottery winner

Congratulations to Ryan Stamer of Chatfield. Stamer won $20,000 by playing the Lottery’s Neon 2s scratch game. Stamer claimed the prize on November 29, 2012. The winning ticket was purchased at Kwik Trip, 415 Main Ave N in Harmony.

Proceeds from the Minnesota State Lottery benefit all Minnesotans. Since 1990, the Lottery has raised more than $2.1 billion for state programs. The General Fund has received over $1.2 billion to help fund important functions such as education, public safety and health and human services. More than $850 million has funded critical environmental programs.
