Winona, Minn. –The Commonweal Theater in Lanesboro has once again donated 125 tickets for Habitat for Humanity Winona – Fillmore Counties to sell at a discounted price of $20 ($15 for students). These tickets, for the Thursday, December 6th performance of A Christmas Carol, are now on sale. All proceeds from the sales will go toward Habitat efforts in Fillmore County.

Tickets are available at the Habitat for Humanity Winona – Fillmore Counties office, located at 108 East 4th Street in Winona. Tickets are also available at the Habitat office in Harmony, MN (in the Harmony Visitor’s Center) or by calling Habitat at 507-457-0003. Habitat is currently building two homes in Winona County and one home in Fillmore County. The Fillmore County home will be completed and dedicated next spring. The home will be sold to a single-parent family with five children for a 30-year zero percent interest mortgage. The homeowner’s mortgage payments will go toward building future Habitat homes.
