Please take notice that a Petition for Termination of Parental Rights of biological children of Jose Israel Galvez Zavala was filed with the Fillmore County Juvenile Court on September 19, 2012. Pursuant to law, Jose Israel Galvez Zavala is a party to this proceeding.
The court has scheduled an Admit/Deny hearing regarding the Termination of Parental Rights Petition on October 25, 2012, at 8:30 a.m., at the Fillmore County Courthouse, Preston, MN 55965. You are required to appear at the hearing on the date and time above. If you fail to appear at the hearing, the hearing may take place in your absence, the Court may find you in contempt of court, or it may issue a warrant for your arrest, or all of the above. The Court may find the statutory grounds set forth in the Petition have been proven, or the Court may issue an Order granting the relief requested in the Petition, which may include terminating the parental rights of the parents. As a party to this matter you have numerous rights and a responsibility, therefore, your presence at the hearing is required.
