The Fillmore County Board met in special session at the Courthouse in the City of Preston. All members were present. Also present were the Coordinator/Clerk, and other department heads and staff, citizens, and two members of the press.
The following resolutions were adopted by the Board:
RESOLUTION 2012-044: Safe and Sober grant
The Board approved the following agenda items:
• the amended agenda.
• the following Consent Agenda:
1. August 28, 2012 County Board minutes.
• amendments to Discipline, Grievances, Terminations, and Sexual Harassment Personnel Policy and new policy of Harassment/Violence In the Work Place Personnel Policy.
• donate used cell phones to Rushford-Peterson FFA for Cell Phones for Soldiers Mission.
