The Fattenin’ Frogs will perform at St. Mane Theatre

The Fattenin’ Frogs will rock the stage at the St. Mane Theatre on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. The band plays rock & roll and traditional American music, with a style developed by mixing blues, country, folk, rhythm & blues, gospel, bluegrass, and old-time jazz. The concert will feature a mix of original songs, interpretations of folk classics, and covers of songs by artists such as Leadbelly, Son House, Bessie Smith, and The Carter Family. Band members are Berek Awend on guitar, piano and organ; Chris Holm on vocals, harmonica and guitar; Casie Siekman on vocals, fiddle and guitar; Paul DeLong on guitar and bass guitar; and Mark Larson on drums and percussion. The St. Mane Theatre, at 206 Parkway Ave N., is handicapped accessible.
