Just look at these simple statistics and see how a well-planned, designed landscape installation can pay off in a big way for you.

• Landscaping can add between 7 and 15 percent to a home's value (The Gallop Organization)

• Landscaping can bring a recovery value of 100 to 200 percent at selling time. Compare that to kitchens, which bring a 75 to 125 percent rate and bathroom remodeling projects that bring 20 to 120 percent recovery rate. (Money Magazine).

• Homes with 'excellent' landscaping can expect a sale price of about 6 to 7 percent higher than equivalent houses with 'good' landscaping. (Clemson University)

• Trees can reduce temperatures by as much as nine degrees Fahrenheit and reduce bothersome noise by up to 50 percent (American Forests)
