Teresa Ann Bremseth age 77, of Harmony, MN, died Thursday, September 6, 2012, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, MN. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 11 at 2:00 pm at Nativity Catholic Church in Harmony with Fr. Sean Haremza officiating. Interment will follow at St. Agnes Cemetery, Plymouth Rock, IA . Friends may call from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm Monday at Lindstrom Funeral Home in Harmony where there will be a parish scripture service at 6:45 pm.
Teresa was born November 21, 1934 in Harmony, MN the daughter of Joe and Rita (Hanlon) Kingsley. She attended school in Harmony, graduating from Harmony High School in 1952. On January 10, 1953 she married LeRoy Bremseth in Harmony.
Teresa worked as a waitress and later owned the Townouse Restaurant in Harmony. She was also an active member of Nativity Catholic Church and did volunteer work at the Harmony Nursing Home. Teresa and LeRoy enjoyed camping and traveling to Texas and San Diego to visit family. The last four years she lived at Harmony Manor where she enjoyed playing cards with her friends.
She is survived by four children, Joe (Karen) Bremseth of San Diego, CA, Rosemary Bremseth of Kerryville, TX, Russell (Diane) Bremseth of Cresco and Debra (Jon) Elliott of Canton, MN; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Mary (Bob) Vitsie of Rochester, MN and a sister-in-law, Maxine Kingsley of Harmony. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband LeRoy in 2007 and a brother Thomas Kingsley.
