Mr. and Mrs. Jon Hatleli of Rushford announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Hatleli, to Andrew Halvorson, son of Louann Halvorson and the late Charles Halvorson of Calmar, IA. Miss Hatleli, a graduate of Rushford-Peterson High School and Luther College, is currently finishing her master’s degree from the University of Iowa. She lives in Marion, IA and works as an intern in music therapy at West Music.
Mr. Halvorson graduated from South Winneshiek High School and Northeast Iowa Community College with an associate’s degree in education. He currently works at the La Crescent Montessori Academy as a paraprofessional. A wedding is planned for May 25, 2013.
