To the Editor,
Only in Fountain: I frequently travel with my family between Dubuque and the Twin Cities and we love to stop at Fountain and ride bikes and play at the playground. When we left our new helmets at the playground on a recent Saturday we figured we’d never see them again. A call to Rhonda at the City Clerk’s office on Monday morning found her willing to go check for us. She found them, as the kind folks in Fountain let them be for a few days!
