To the Editor,
Republicans have a great opportunity this November to send Congressman Tim Walz into retirement. For too long, Congressman Walz has voted with far-left liberals in Washington, DC. Congressman Walz voted for the Obama Administration’s government overhaul of health care, the failed “stimulus” plan, and for risky cap-and-trade energy tax. Mike Parry is the strongest candidate to take on Congressman Walz in November. Parry grew up working on a family farm in Albert Lea, spent time serving the community as a police officer, and is a small business owner in Waseca. In addition, Parry is a proud veteran. Parry has only been in politics for a few years – I think it’s time we sent a fresh face to Congress. In his short time in the State Senate, Mike Parry has proven that he won’t compromise his conservative principles to get things done. I encourage you to vote for Mike Parry in the Republican Primary for Congress on August 14.
