The Harmony Area Chamber of Commerce and Preston Tourism are proud announce the “Harmony-Preston Biking Passport” for all children and youth up to age 18. To celebrate National Bike Month in May and to encourage local children and youth to use our beautiful trails, the Harmony Area Chamber of Commerce and Preston Tourism have teamed up to create this passport which will be available to all at the Harmony Visitor Center or Trail Head Inn in Preston.
Every time a child rides on the trail in Harmony or Preston, they will receive a stamp. After eight times on the trail in May and June, the riders will be entered into a drawing for prizes. At the end there will be a bike parade for the little riders and a best decorated helmet competition. The “Harmony-Preston Biking Passport” is to promote healthy living and showcase our beautiful trail system to our local children and youth.
The event will kick off May 5 at the Trail Head Park in Harmony at 10 am with a prize drawing for all the children/youth that start the first day. Bring the kids out to ride the trail and don’t forget to wear your helmet!
