On Wednesday, April 18 the Rushford-Peterson Chapter of the National Honor Society held its annual induction ceremony. The National Honor Society recognizes those students that have followed our school’s motto of “Always Our Best” in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. This year’s current members made up of Christopher Boehmke, Austin Brown, Emily Culhane, Abraham Hauge, Alexander Kopperud, Audra Lea, Lindsey Merchlewitz, Ann Scaife, Frederick Scaife, and Katie Wolter inducted 11 new members. The 2012 inductees were seniors Amy Bessler, Anna Hanson and Zachary Neitzke, along with juniors Briana Benson, Shane Jacobson, Cody Manfull, Mariah Mueller, Rebecca Munson, Kaitlyn Thelen, Amy Todd and Emily Wade.
The guest speaker for the ceremony was Mrs. Shari Michel, Rushford-Peterson English teacher.
Congratulations to all of the R-P National Honor Society Students.
