Houston County Fair seeks talent show contestants

The Houston County Fair is seeking individuals and groups to showcase their talents at the annual talent competition held on Wednesday, August 15 at 6:30 PM in the Entertainment Tent on the fairgrounds. Contestants may be entered in one of three catagories: Preteen, Teen and Open. Each entry must pay a $2 fair membership. Three winners will be named in each category and cash prizes will be awarded. The top winner will have the opportunity to compete in the State Fair Talent Contest. The talent show is limited to the first 25 acts, so enter early!
