Upside Down Dinner Casserole

1/2 pound bacon
11/2 pound hamburger
2 medium onions, sliced
1 pound carrots, sliced
2 tablespoons flour
5 to 6 potatoes, sliced
salt & pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
• Cover bottom of casserole dish with bacon slices. Press the ground beef on top of bacon. Follow with sliced onion and carrots and add sliced raw potatoes. Season with salt & pepper. Pour on one can of soup.
• Cover and bake until vegetables are tender. Bake at 375° for 11/2 hours.
