Upside Down Dinner Casserole

1/2 pound bacon
11/2 pound hamburger
2 medium onions, sliced
1 pound carrots, sliced
2 tablespoons flour
5 to 6 potatoes, sliced
salt & pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cover bottom of casserole dish with bacon slices. Press the ground beef on top of bacon. Follow with sliced onion and carrots and add sliced raw potatoes. Season with salt & pepper. Pour on one can of soup.
Cover and bake until vegetables are tender. Bake at 375 for 11/2 hours.
