Violet Van Sande, age 93, of Preston, a long time area resident, died Thursday, July 6, 2000, at Olmsted Community Hospital in Rochester of congestive heart failure.
Violet was born August 29, 1906 in Carimona Township, Fillmore County, the daughter of Henry and Annie (Hopeman) Van Sande.
