What I miss most about living in Fillmore County: I miss the trees and the sunset. I also miss the storms. They were so honest and pure, they enlightened the landscape, brought out nature’s other personality.
Fondest Memory: Winters in Minnesota. Ohio winters are messy - not enough snow and ice to have fun. Everything is done indoors. I miss the boating with my uncle on the Mississippi.
Prized Possession: My spiritual life. It helps me balance the rest of me.
Why I read the Journal: It is my life link to my memories, keeps everyone alive in my heart, helps me share stories with my children and keeps Fillmore County from just being a spot on the map.
