Meat Loaf Pie

1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 pound lean ground beef
1/3 cup ketchup
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon diced oregano
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
• In a bowl, combine milk, bread crumbs and garlic salt. Add beef, mix well. Press meat mixture onto the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of a greased 9 inch pie plate.
• Bake, uncovered, 350° for 20 minutes, drain if necessary. Spread with ketchup, sprinkle with cheeses and oregano.
• Bake 3-5 minutes longer or until meat is on longer pink and cheese is melted.
