Cranberry Relish Salad

1 package (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
1 package (12 oz.) fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans

In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in concentrate. Combine cranberries, apple and sugar, add to gelatin mixture. Stir in pecans. Pour into a 1-1/2 quart serving dish. Refrigerate 4 hours.
