Hash Brown - Ham Casserole

1 (16 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
1 (10-1/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (32 oz.) package frozen loose packed hash brown potatoes
2 cups cubed, cooked ham
8 oz. American cheese, cut in cubes (about 2 cups)
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
Red sweet pepper strips for garnish (optional)

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, soup, hash browns, ham, cubed American cheese and onion. Spread in 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine crushed corn flakes and butter, sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake 350° for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 25 minutes more or until bubbly around edges and heated through. Garnish with red pepper strips (optional).
