Faith United Methodist Church to offer Saturday evening service

On Saturday, October 16th, Faith United Methodist Church in Spring Valley will begin offering a new weekly worship service early on Saturday evenings. The service, which will begin at 5:00 p.m., will generally be an abbreviated version of Faith's Sunday morning worship, although in the near future the church hopes to make one Saturday per month a contemporary worship experience.
The new service is being offered to meet the needs of those members and visitors who are struggling to make it to our 9:00 a.m. Sunday service either due to medical issues or work schedules, as well as to provide an opportunity to worship for those who may have occasional conflicts on Sunday mornings.
Faith United Methodist Church is located at 617 Maple Lane in northeast Spring Valley. Those seeking directions can call the church office at 507-346-2830 or visit the church's website at www.faithsv.net and click on the link "Directions."
Faith church is built all on one level and is completely handicapped accessible with no steps, stairs, elevators or lifts!
