I am writing in support of the candidacy of Eric V. Herendeen for the Fillmore County Attorney. I know Mr. Herendeen as an attorney practicing in Fillmore County. Mr. Herendeen has been an assistant in the office of the County Attorney fro several years. He is well versed in the law and criminal procedure.

While I have known Mr. Herendeen, he has impressed me with his professionalism and honesty. He has shown himself to be a quality advocate for his position. Moreover, he has been honest and forthright about the work he does. In short, he is well qualified to serve as Fillmore County Attorney. Fillmore County needs a full-time County Attorney.

Fillmore County would benefit from having Eric Herendeen serve as County Attorney. I urge voters to support Herendeen's campaign by voting for him to become the next Fillmore County Attorney.
