I recently received a campaign brochure from State Representative Greg Davids and I was pleased to see the diverse groups of people backing his re-election
It's individuals who go into the voting booth and "pull the lever," but these same individuals belong to groups and organizations, and it's important to see who they feel would best serve our communities.
From Education Minnesota to Minnesota Citizens for the Arts, to the Minnesota Coalition for Ethanol, Greg Davids has a wide-ranging list of organizations that feel he has done an excellent job representing us.
There are business groups, labor groups, farm organizations, education groups, higher education organizations, the arts community and health care organizations that all support the work that Greg Davids is doing on our behalf in St. Paul.
It's easy sometimes to think these groups are nothing more than special interest groups, but it's you, me and our neighbors that all belong to these groups. And it says a lot about the work Greg Davids does that all these groups are supporting him.
Let's re-elect Greg Davids as our State Representative on election day.
