We have a history of excellent support for our schools in southeastern Minnesota. Because of dedicated teachers, parents, students and concerned members of our communities, we have set a standard for other school districts in the state to follow.
All of our collective efforts, however, would be in vain without strong supporters of education in the Minnesota Legislature. That's why we are fortunate to have State Representative Greg Davids working on behalf of our school children at the capitol.
Greg is a strong supporter of making the education of our children the number one priority in Minnesota. He has supported increased funding for our schools and increased access to technology in our classrooms. He has always supported legislation to make sure our schools are safe for our children.
Greg is also committed to finding ways to encourage parents to be active partners in their children's education and supported Minnesota's expansion of education tax credits and deductions for families. As the father of three children, Greg knows first-hand how important involvement in our children's schools is.
He is always willing to listen to the concerns of parents, educators, administrators and students themselves to hear their ideas and thoughts.
Through his efforts, Greg has helped secure a brighter future for our children and all of Minnesota. For that, we can be thankful.
Please join me in re-electing Greg Davids as our State Representative on Tuesday, November 5.
