Eric Herendeen has been the full-time Assistant County Attorney for six years and is now running for County Attorney. Through my volunteer work over the last several years, I have found him to have a lot of empathy for victims. I know he prosecutes batterers, child abusers, and rapists. He is ethical, knowledgeable, and dedicated and it is well known that public safety is very important to him. He will be totally dedicated to this position because he doesn't have a private practice or the possibility of a conflict of interest. I encourage everyone to vote for Eric for Fillmore County Attorney.
