I feel it is my duty to ask the voters of Fillmore County to vote for Eric Herendeen for the office of Fillmore County Attorney.
We need to fill that position with someone experienced in the workings of that particular office. Mr. Herendeen brings that experience with him. He has invested six years as Assistant County Attorney and will make the transition to full-time easily.
Mr. Herendeen is also quite familiar with the working of the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners. The County Attorney in Fillmore County is often asked to assist the Board with legal questions and usually sits with the Board at their meetings in order to do so. His role as legal advisor to the Board is very important and Mr. Herendeen will be able to handle that duty with skill and savvy.
