Dairy princess to be crowned Saturday in Preston

The crowning of the new Fillmore County Dairy Princess will be held Saturday, April 2nd, at St. Columban's Catholic Church in Preston at 1:00pm. The public is welcome to attend.

The princess candidates are Alyssa Vrieze from Spring Valley, Kaitlyn Peterson from Peterson, and Sarah Freese from Lanesboro. Alyssa is the daughter of Bryan and Dawn Vrieze. Alyssa is sponsored by Ron and Robin Vrieze. Kaitlyn is the daughter of Jon and Lori Peterson and she is sponsored by Chuck's Feed and Grain. Sarah is the daughter of Jeff and Carolyn Freese and she is sponsored by AMPI.

The 2011 Dairy Ambassadors will also be recognized during the program.
