•Stewartville Public Schools: Three School Board members, four year term.School Board candidates: Elizabeth Lawson, Gary Mulford.Polling place: Precinct One: Stewartville Civic Center; Precinct Two: Racine City Hall, 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.Referendums•Mabel-Canton Public Schools: referendum to increase its general education revenue by $300 per resident marginal cost pupil unit. For five year period beginning in 2004 unless otherwise revoked or reduced.•Stewartville Public Schools: referendum to increase its general education revenue by $200 per resident marginal cost pupil unit for taxes payable in 2004 and $300 per resident marginal cost pupil unit for taxes payable in 2005 through 2011 unless otherwise revoked or reduced.
