Guardrail installation scheduled in Fillmore County

Motorists can expect brief lane closures as crews install guardrail on various highways in Fillmore, County beginning Monday, April 11. Flaggers will control traffic during the lane closures.
Highway Technologies, Inc., is the prime contractor for the $262,152 project, which includes Highway 16 in Fillmore and Houston counties.
All guardrail installation is scheduled to be completed by early May, weather permitting.
Mn/DOT urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
