Also all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, interest or lien in the real estate described in the Complaint herein, also the known heirs of the aforesaid persons and all other persons unknown claiming any right, estate, interest or lien in the real estate described in the Complaint herein.

SUMMONS

State of Minnesota to the above named Defendants:

You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff�s attorney an answer to the Complaint which is herewith served upon you and which is on file in the Office of the Clerk, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, within the time aforesaid, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

This action involves, affects, or brings into question real property situated, lying and being in the County of Fillmore, State of Minnesota, described as follows:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 9, in the Village of South Rushford; thence North 45 feet; thence East 84 feet; thence South 192.68 feet; thence West 84 feet; thence North 159.75 feet to the place of beginning, all of the above located in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 104 North, Range 8 West.

The object of this action is to determine that the Defendant has no right, title, estate, interest or lien in or on the above described real property.

NOTICE OF NO PERSONAL CLAIM

No personal claim is made against any of the defendants in the action above entitled.
