Notice of Public Hearing

The City of Rushford Village Council will hold a public hearing at the City of Rushford Village Office 4000 State Hwy 30 West, on Tuesday October 26, 2004, 7:30 p.m. at the second regular Council meeting of October. The hearing will be for the purpose of considering the application of John and Debra Bruihler husband and wife, to develop a subdivision (Sim Valley) in that part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 1, and that part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, all in Township 104, Range 8, Fillmore County, Minnesota. The full legal description is on file in the office of the Clerk and can be viewed by appointment or during regular office hours.
