NOTICE of HEARING FOR VACATION OF ROADWAY KNOWN AS
RUSHFORD VILLAGE 34.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the City of Rushford Village Council at the city hall on the 16th day of November 2004, at 7:00 p.m. to hear all persons present upon the proposed vacation of this roadway beginning in section 3 traveling in a SW direction approximately 116 feet into Section 10 on the Quarve farm. Motion by Overland 2nd by Ekern, due to its proximity, fact not a 4-rod street, only serves one home, thus a private drive, therefore, maintenance should not be the responsibility of Rushford Village. Carried.
