Notice is here by given, that default has occurred in the conditions of the following described mortgage:

Date of Mortgage: September 26, 2000

Original Principal Amount of Mortgage: $18,750.00

Mortgagors: Daniel A. Slabaugh, a single person.

Mortgagee: Canton State Bank

Date and Place of Recording: Recorded September 28, 2000, with the Fillmore County Recorder, Fillmore County Courthouse, Preston Minnesota 55965, as Document No. 312496.

Legal Description: SW 1/4 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Sec 31, T103N, R8W, Fillmore County, MN

County in Which the Property is Located: Fillmore County

Amount due and claimed to be due as of date of Notice, including taxes, if any paid by Mortgagee: $11,622.49.

That all pre-foreclosure requirements have been complied with; that no action or proceeding has been instituted at law or otherwise to recover the debt secured by said mortgage, of any part thereof;

Pursuant, to the power of sale contained in said Mortgage, the above-described property will be sold by the Fillmore County Sheriff as follows:

Date and Time of Sale: December 16, 2004 at 10:00 a.m.

Place of Sale: Fillmore County Courthouse, Main Lobby, 100 Fillmore St., Preston, Minnesota, to pay the debt secured by said mortgage and taxes, if any, on said premises and the costs and disbursements, including attorneys fees allowed by law, subject to redemption within six months from the date of said sale by the mortgagor, his personal representative or assigns.
