NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

on

APPROVAL OF PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 8th, 2005 at 9:30 a.m., at 902 Houston Street NW, Preston, MN 55965, Room 108, relating to the use of property tax abatement for the purpose of funding up to $51,436 of public improvement costs associated with the development of a 14 unit single family housing subdivision, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.1812 to 469.1815, inclusive, as amended. The tax abatement will be collected over a period of ten (10) years, commencing in 2007. The following tax parcels are proposed to be included in the proposed tax abatement:

Lots 1 � 7, Block 1 & Lots 1 � 7 Block 2, Lutes Scrabeck First Addition located in the City of Harmony, Minnesota

Copies of the Abatement Resolution as proposed to be adopted will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the County Coordinator.

All interested persons may appear at the hearings and present their view orally or in writing.
