Summary of Minutes February 1, 2005 County Board Meeting The Fillmore County Board met in special session in Room 108 in the Fillmore County Office Building in the City of Preston. All members were present. Also present were the Coordinator/Clerk, County Attorney, Auditor, other department heads and staff, citizens, and two members of the press.
The following resolutions were adopted by the Board: RESOLUTION 2005-013: Bloomfield Cloverleaves 4-H Warm Hearts, Warm Hands project RESOLUTION 2005-014: Support AMC transportation platform
The Board approved the following agenda items: •the amended agenda. •the following amended Consent Agenda: 1.January 25, 2005 County Board minutes. 2.Payment #3 of $35,413.62 to Calibre Contracting for Courthouse Addition and Remodeling. 3.Payment of invoice #0000018 to Kane & Johnson of $2,170.00 for period ending Jan. 21, 2005 for Professional services on Courthouse Addition and Remodeling project. 4.Payment of construction management fee of $700.00 to Construction Analysis & Management, Inc. for Courthouse Addition and Remodeling project. 5.Payment of 23rd General Conditions billing of $4,275.37 to Construction Analysis & Management, Inc. for Courthouse Addition and Remodeling project. 6.Appointment of Deb Peterson as Support Enforcement Aide, effective February 14, 2005 at Merit Grade 2/Step A. •pre-application to proceed to a full application for tax abatement for Cedar Valley. •get quotations to change existing courthouse door cylinders to a master key. •convene 2005 Board of Appeal & Equalization at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2005 with a continuation meeting on Tuesday, June 21, 2005, if necessary, pursuant to MN statutes. •reconsider motion concerning quotations to change existing courthouse door cylinders to a master key. •accept quote from Ford Metro to change existing courthouse door cylinders to a master key with payment source depending on Construction Analysis Management’s answer regarding original bid specification requiring a single master key.
